1. Dine-In Orders
If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern), please inform our staff immediately. We will gladly:
- Replace the item, or
- Offer a suitable alternative, or
- Provide a refund if necessary and approved by management.
Refund requests must be made during your visit.
2. Take-Out & Delivery Orders
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order. We may request:
- Your official receipt
- Order details
- Photo proof (if applicable)
Once verified, we may:
- Replace the item
- Provide store credit
- Issue a refund through the original payment method
3. Online & Advance Orders
For advance or bulk orders:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be subject to partial charges depending on preparation status.
4. Payment Method
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted for:
- Change of mind after food has been prepared or served
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by third-party delivery partners
